Hi folks,

I want to transcode dts to AC3 using azidts. But right after azidts starts, it aborts immediately.

Logfile:

azidts v0.1 by zmAn
-------------------
Using BeSweet.dll *SPECIAL* by DSPguru (http://DSPguru.Doom9.org)
Error 85: support for ac3enc.dll had been removed due it its suckness!

Commandline:
"D:\VOBtools\Audiobearbeitung\Besweet\Besweet\azidt s.exe" -core( -input "e:\DVDlabProjekt\Demuxed\SDDS\SDDS-Trailer.dts" -output "e:\DVDlabProjekt\Demuxed\SDDS\SDDS-Trailer.ac3" -logfile "D:\VOBtools\Audiobearbeitung\Besweet\BeSweet.log" ) -ac3enc( -b 192 ) -profile( ~~~~~ Default Profile ~~~~~ )

When I transcode the dts file first to six-channel wav and then to AC3 it works fine, without any problems.

My system:
WinXP Home Edition (all patches)
Besweet v. 1.5 Beta 26
Besweet v. GUI 0.7 b4
WinDVD installed v 5
azidts.exe v. 0.1

@ DSPguru

Is it a bug, or did you just not yet update the besweet.dll, and it is still based on 1.5b23?

the *SPECIAL* edition is indeed old, in that sense.
anyway, for ac3 encodings, you may use the dll that comes with original azidts v0.1. the channel mapping for ac3 encoding is not different between these two dll versions. (neglecting the fact that ac3enc is disabled in the latter ;)).

Okay I do it so. ;)

Thanks
