Merging movies

I muxed 2 seperate movies with ifoedit. Is there a way to join them and add chapters? Free utils are nice.

I'm giving DVD shrik a shot- it looks like it can acomplish this.

It looks like it created 2 titles. I'm about to give up and use real software to do this.

YOU CAN MERGE MOVIES WITH DVD MAESTRO.
I MERGED GANGS OF NEW YORK INTO ONE DVD .
AND IT RUNS SEAMLESS>

Well he can't merge these (as in placing video and audio on same timeline) as they are different aspect ratios.
