dvd files incorrect

i keep getting dvd files incorrect (invalid dvd navigation structure) when i try to load it into any progie to burn, can you help please is there a quick porgy to run the files through, files size,36gb

a couple of quick questions:
1. did you use the 'big 3' programs in your process? and if not, then this may not be the best forum to post in ...
2. could you please explain what you meant with the 'file size 36gb'?
3. what happens when you load the files into a software dvd player? (personally i prefer using ifoedit).
