Either use a combination of DV Sub Maker, subresync and textsub for this goal or more easy use DV Time Stamp (http://mvideo.nm.ru/dvtimestamp.htm) or DV Info (http://www.avisynth.org/users/warpenterprises/files/dvinfo_25_dll_20030920.zip) to print the timecode into your video.

This printing could also be achieved by some avi editors like f.e. "Let's Edit".

For real NTSC subs you have to fiddle around with the first combination.

Thanks mb1 , now I know there are no fast& easy way to do this job;
can you give me a hint to edit the subtitle files, because I always cut my video to several clips, do I need to cascade all the subtitle files by hand??
