i'm just curious if you guys see any differences when changing the quality settings under DVD-RB: "options > cce options > advanced (expert) settings."
i played around a little bit with the "VBR_Bias" and "Quality_Prec" but didn't notice much of a difference. "VBR_passes" obviously doesn't work with CCE basic since it only allows a maximum of 2 passes ;). hmm, maybe it's my film material (short sequence out of charlie's angels - full throttle).
cce basic per se has many more parameters to tweak with, but it doesn't seem to me that DVD-RB is really making any difference with those two options.
for whatever reasons, i perceive the borders or edges of instantcopy's results to be sharper/with less artefacts than cce's.
playback is on a computer screen and there may not much of a difference on a tv.
well, any input or suggestions are welcome.
