Hi,
just wanted to tell you that its exactly one year now since we had launched the first public tools for matroska creation.
As posted here (http://matroska.org/news/index.html) already, a big big thank you goes out to the complete team working on matroska, all our supporters and of course its users. Without users, our baby had no real future, and what could make parents more happy than dreaming about their kids future, watching it grow, preparing it for life, etc. :) ?
I am also not forgetting to thank all the developers from related projects who are implementing matroska support into their applications, like Gabest ( MPC, matroska splitter ), Koepi ( OggMux ), Peter Pawlowski ( Foobar2000 ), DVD ( DVDtoMKV ), BBB, thomasvs and company ( Gstreamer ), Fenrir ( VLC ), Thibaut ( Xine ), Aurelien ( mplayer ), |Blight| ( Zoomplayer ), and others i may have forgotten to list now.
But my special thanks goes to the great Doom9 community and its leader, for all the endless hours of alpha testing, the numerous bug reports and the precious input that helped us to bring our tools to the status they are in now.
Thanks guys, i hope we will have the chance to celebrate a few b-days like this one together :) !
