NuMenu4U Scenarist Edition Subpicture Prob

I've searched the forum but couldn't find any reference to this problem. The only related problems seem to be in DoItFast4U. I'm using the following programs:

DoItFast4U v1.4.0.0
NuMenu4U Scenarist Edition
BatchCCEWS v0.9.1.3
CCE v2.63.27
EclCCE v1.81
ScenAid v0.9.0.5
DVDDecrypter v3.2.1.0

When NuMenu4U runs I keep getting a parsing subpicture error. It finds no subpictures at all. I've tried a couple different dvds (Nemo and an older dvd). If I hit the OK button each time for the error, NuMenu4U will continue and compress the files. What is causing this problem?

I am aware of this problem, and has been fixed in the lastest release (still in testing phase).
