dvd shrink vs. dvd rebuilder

This may have been asked but been reading and can't find the real answer and I know I'm going to get flame big time too. But is the quality or transcoding of the video of D.R. better then dvd shrink and can Dvd rebuilder do a muliti chapter movie like dvd shrink can? Been using dvd shrink for a long time now and I have never tested dvd rebuilder.

Shoot me in the head for making another threat on the same question that was asked earilier int the forum but I have found what I was looking for. My bad you guys. With all that out the way, let go test till I down.
