DVD-RB 0.4x seems to have a problem with reading or "rebuilding" the correct subtitle timecodes.
After rebuilding the second disc of "LOTR - The Two Towers - SEE" PAL RC2 I noticed that the
forced subtitles are being displayed with a small delay compared to the original DVD. You can also
see that there is a small difference between what the character just says and the time the subtitle
is displayed.
I used VobSub to compare the timecodes of the original DVD and the backup done with DVD-RB.
The difference between each timecode of the original and the backup is +80ms.
