Probably is a stupid question, but...
I have a 25 fps avi, and I wanted to burn it into a DVD, and play it into a DVD Player that doesn't support PAL.
Do I have to change the fps?
And if I do it, using an AviSynth script, will I gonna loose the audio-video sync?
It has an AC3 5.1 audio track, how can I get it to work at 23.976 fps?

The video is no problem, you just slow it down to 23.976. If you are using CCE you don't even need to do anything in avisynth. Just set the framerate to 23.976.
The audio is the problem, as the movie will be longer (~4 percent) you'll need to stretch the audio to maintain sync. If you have or can get softencode, here's one way of doing it:

Tnx, buuut
If I don't happen to find softencode there is no other way? :(
PS: Tnx for the quick answer! :)

Notice I said "one way" =)
BeSweet does support AC3 encoding, but the quality isn't as good as that of commercial encoders.

Well... seems BeSweet works just fine, at least while I get softencode =)
Tnx!

Ok, all worked just fine, but...
Is there any way to make the .sup subtitles for 23.976 fps????
`Cause SRT2SUP only works in 25 of 29.970 fps!!!! :(:(:(
