Processing Hybrid DVD's?

After being horribly disappointed with transcoding my Star Trek :TNG episodes onto my Media server (too much compression I suppose... I have a projector, so flaws become fairly pronounced quickly), I was looking for an alternative, and stumbled onto Rebuilder. I have now used it on several Film DVD's but was wondering how it would handle hybrid dvd's like STTNG episodes.

I have some limited experience with interlaced material, but was hoping someone would chime in who knows more than I. (Which might even include my pet rock).

It should reproduce the original exactly. You don't need to do anything differently.

It will work fine. I have used Rebuilder on my CSI episodes. I wouldn't mind backups of my TNG and DS9 discs but, there is too many of them.
