Dear Friends,

I want to make a Interactive VCD of 88 Minutes.

Since many years we are Authoring Interactive VCDS(With Menus). We are using FutureTel(Encoder)and Videopack4(Authoring).We Make Interactive VCDS which has multiple Menus where we can select Scenes, songs,Special fetures etc.

Since Videopack is an old SW we dont have Drivers for latest Writers which do Overburning such has Plextor,LiteON etc.I can make Image in Videopack which becomes Raw File. And SWS like NTI who does Overeburning dosent recognise that Image.

We have made a VCD of 88Mins using Nero and Plexter but it was without Multiple Menus.

Can someone suggest how do i make a VCD of 88mins with Multiple Menus using Videopack4 or any other way.I will be better with Videopack since i know that SW very well.

Please take out some time and help.

Thanking you.

Zerohash.

I used to do alot of authoring in VideoPack 4.0 and I believe there is only one way to do anything with its raw files, and it ain't pretty. You'll need to get Winoncd. Import the raw file into Winoncd and save it to a project file. Then you can load this project file into CDMage and convert it to a bin and cue which is supported by plenty of burning programs which support overburning on the latest drives. This is how I used to overburn when I made my VCDs.

If you want to try another program I suggest VCDEasy. It allows you to do everything VideoPack does except hotspots, and you could even do that with manual XML scripting afterwards if you wanted to.

Another way that may work is mount your RAW image as a virtual drive using the Free "Daemon Tools" and use any burning software that support overburn to make a copy of the disc in the virtual drive to the real one.
