Error importing Script file into Scenarist 2.7

I have completed the Full DVD Backup steps upto Scenaid "Generate Script". I open Scenarist 2.7 and try to import the script file using 'New from Script', but I get an error message "Scenario file is not specified". Where have I gone wrong?

when importing you need to specify 1) file to import from and 2) file to import TO

name the directory you want your .scn file.
At "Scenarist file" button

Import asks for 2 things

1) Script to import from

2) SCN file to save to

so for example:

1) C:\MYMOVIE\MYSCRIPT.SCP
2) C:\MYMOVIE\MYSCENARIO.SCN

the .scn is created AS the script is imported... you can NOT save over an existing scn file... scenarist won't let you
