Can I just use CCE

Im kind of new to this Can someone explain why I shouldnt just use CCE2.6 for the vidso AND audio.Is all this work worth the end result . Thanks

Sorry I should have been more clear Im processing my vhs collection to put on DVD I was told in another post to use beesweet to process audio . my question is cant I just use cce to process both

Coz audio encoding in CCE isn't good.
