Hi,
I have created a still m2v and I would like to change it into a vob. Is it possible using only freeware tools and does anybody info on how to do it or have any links to any guides?
I created to m2v with "dvdauthor" the vob doesn't need any sound well not on this occasion anyway.
Thanks

Why not using dvdauthor? Simply mux using mplex with no audio or short blank audio clip and make a simple xml file with only one menu pgc and <vob="your_muxed_file"> and you'll get a single vob menu (VTS_01_0.VOB) as a result.
