I tried to make a Full Disk after decyrpting in file mode Freaky Friday. After dvd2one It wouldn't burn (using nero) info wouldn't fit.
I guess it was more than 4gigs. I thought dvd2one makes it fit?
Can any one help me or should I just make these movies with the movie only option?
Thanks Goldy

DVD2One Isn't the most accurate tool for compressing. eg. if you tell it to compress to 4gb it may turn out at 4gb or it may be 5!!. It all depends on the size of the original file. Why not try DVD Shrink, it will automatically shrink the file/disc to just under 4.7gb but there are many manual config options for movie only etc. This forum has a link under 'downloads'to where you can get this freeware.
DVDshrink is a good program but so is DVD2one.
So to stay on track with your question about DVD2one...
Yes it should get the size correct but you must be using version 1.3.0 or higher. I know in the past full disk had a problem with sizing extras and others outside of the main movie. I have never seen it oversize with movie only. Although the default is 4472 the author of the program recommends 4452 for problems like you have seen.
Also the forum at DVD2one.com is the best place to get help with DVD2one.

I use 4464 and have never had a problem in any mode.
Today's news:
"DVD2One 1.5.0 has a new compression engine that allows you to set a bias for the important parts of an image."
Anyone tested it?
