I have been backin up a lot of dvds that i own so i can get used to the tricks and such for it and i came across a movie that i haven't found a way around to copy! Let me explain-
I use dvd shrink so i am sure most of you are familiar with how it operates.
After analysing, the "main movie" section is only showing a total of 45 min duration when the movie is 2hr 17min and not only that, the main movie folder is split up into 2 parts?!?!
I keep looking and notice that the extras folder is bigger than the main movie folder so i figure the rest may be in there..... wrong again.
Failing to find the movie, i tried just to copy the movie and same thing, 2 parts, 1 29min long and other 16 min long?!?!
So, i thought and opened smartripper to see if it can auto find the movie...... Nope, it cant either.
So i do file mode in smart ripper to find all of the 1gb vobs and rip them.
There were 3 1 gb vobs. I ripped them in file mode and NOT 1 of them was the beginning of the movie.
This is some awesome "switch-a-roo" they have done and have never came across this before.
It appears the movie is mixed in with a LOT of other files here and there. The problem is, none of the software i have used can find it, let alone me.
Anybody else had this type of experience before???
