Dunno why I was thinking spicy meatball, but that's what came to mind when I finished Moonraker and saw this size:

CCETargetSectors=2261760
Video_ts dir=4,702,117,888

Usually I get around 30 megs free but this one came very close.

In case anyone doesn't realize, a DVD-R blank can hold something like ~4,705,000,000 or thereabouts, so it will fit. A DVD+R holds less, around ~4,698,000,000.

I suggest others post their CCETargetSectors numbers and the maximum size you've achieved - without using the half-d1 feature.

I have been using 2260000 and so far my output is always about 4,683,xxx,xxx +/- a couple megs even when using half D1 half bitrate. But I have not encoded any DVD's that had a lot of extras yet.

I'm using 2260000 as well. Mostly for movie only.

I just watched the Mask a couple weeks ago and he says "Now thats'a spicey'a meat-ball'a" when he eats some TNT :P

2260000 has given me 4.36GB on two projects that I've used it on.
