Error: Illegal video GOP size.

while trying to backup High Fidelity ... i got this error during the transcode process.

"Error: Illegal Video GOP size. No I-Frame found for 51 frames."

Another interesting thing is ... that the single AC3 stream in the main VTS set ... shows up as 8 different 6CH streams in DVD-RB.

Are you using the latest version of DVD Decrypter? The readme for .45 states:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Ensure you are using DVD Decrypter version 3.2.1.0 or above. Version 3.2.0.0 (and possibly below) in ISO mode can cause "illegal input stream", "no I-Frame for 51 frames", and "Runtime Error '9'" due to a bug in it's ISO mode processing.

Hey, is there a way to get round this error? On many of lots of isos i have on my hdd they give this error and the encoding fails... is there anything i can do to make them legal and encodable?

I don't have the source so can not rerip :(

careful, having a rip and not the source is a violation of rules

try mounting and re-ripping the iso with the newer decrypter again to a new iso
