After I've made my 100 music video clip DVD+R - is there a way to make a new Title set and add this to the DVD?

I'm thinking if I burn the DVD with an open session and then simply add to the folder with my new menu....hmmmm....

I suggest you re-author the DVD with the new songs. While it's possible to add a titleset manually using IfoEdit, it's not worth the effort in this case. And most certainly, you always finalize a DVD+R if you want it to play on a standalone.

Yes, you should not even contemplate adding to an existing disk session. Always write a new disk.

If you have a MAC, you could also accomplish the task of importing a VTS (and accompanying menu) into your project, using TFDVDEdit, but of course whichever method you use, you will only be able to avoid reauthoring if you made provision in your original project for some means of subsuently 'attaching' a command relating to your latterly-added assets. In other words, if you left a spare button on one of your original menus which could subsequently (i.e. post-authoring) have a command attached to it to link it to your freshly-added menu and VTS.

If you did not remember do this in your original project, you could instead replace your old menu with a new (multiplexed) menu which took account of the new VTS.
