virtual vcr sound problem

I need help with a virtual vcr problem Im haveing . I cant capture sound... Ive tried all the different settings available in virt vcr with the preview on and no go ... silence . . I have no problem with sound in sonic my dvd or with ulead . Any ideas ? Im useing an MSI tv@nywhere with win xp . Just as a note when I captured a 1:30 min movie useing huffy (45GIGfile) I couldnt encode it in tmpgnec dvd source It locked up while "judgeing field order " maybe because of the missing sound files? .I tried a short cap of 100 meg and it worked with no problem ?

For me, I can't record sound in vvcr with preview on (must be turned off). I have an asus tv 880. after disabling preview, save settings, exit the program, and try again
