still pictures & mp2 => mpg

How would I go about making a mpv stream with still pictures, to ultimatly make a DVD??

Moved to DVD Authoring. This has nothing to do with analog video capture.

Any movie making software should be able to do it, ie I am pretty sure Windows Movie maker in XP has the option of adding stills, but it does notoutput straight to correct DVD size or mpeg2 format, so in that case you would need to re-encode after making it.
