Can't scrub in PowerDVD 4 after using DVDShrink

This is only for one title, but when I run it through DVDShrink in the movie only function, it won't let me scrub using PowerDVD 4. This is very odd.

I tried processing the movie using Instant Copy, but it says the DVD Source is corrupted... very odd.

I think PowerDVD 5 let me scrub, but I can't figure out a way to have both PowerDVD 4 and PowerDVD 5 on my system at the same time. PowerDVD 4 lets me pause and hit next chapter and it will remained paused allowing me to to do screenshot captures and compare them to the originals. Is there anyway to keep PowerDVD 4 and PowerDVD 5 on the same system? (I should probably make another thread for this question or email Cyberlink)

I use DVD2AVI (just drag any vob in there) in RGB mode (under Video) to compare quality, this way you REALLY see what the video is like frame by frame. PowerDVD has rough decoding that looks worse than the source actually is. WinDVD4/5 has far better playback quality.
