taking still pics off a dvd

most dvds usually come with some extras, usually at the very least, some still pictures of them making the movie and movie posters. i would really like to take these still pics and make cd labels and generally just keep them on my harddrive. how can i do this? i cant find them in the vob files, and i really want them, is there a program that will do this? please help. thanks in advance.

You need a DVD Player that has the function. Both WinDVD (there should be a screenshot option if you right-click on the video) or PowerDVD, in which you just press 'C', and then paste in a photo editor, like MS.Paint, or Photoshop. Sometimes you have to press C a few times for it to work.
