hi there!

i experience a very strange problem:
i ve burned about 100 movies using dvdshrink 3.1 and after that i placed dvd covers on them!when i try to playback them in my standalone dvd player each movie starts playing well in the beging for about 15 minutes and then stutters every few secs and finally after some time it stucks completely! and my question is what is responsible for that :
-> the brand of my dvd disks (verbatim, skc ,creation)
-> the burning program (dvdshrink or nero)
-> the labels (they are swerkform fullsize)
-> the high temparature of my standalone player?

to my mind the problem is caused somehow by the labels i place but i want confirmation! thanks for your time! c u

Most likely it's the labels complemented by the high temperature inside the player. Media quality is the second most probable cause. I don't think it has to do with the burning program.

Why don't you remove the labels and see what happens. I believe it's a generally accepted rule never to put any labels on discs. You can buy media with inkjet printable surface if you wish and a proper printer.

And that is why pioneer recomend you don't use lables on recordable DVDs
