Hello... I am using IFOEdit to author simple DVDs. These DVDs just use 1 m2v and 1 AC3 file. They do not have menus or subtitles. Very simple.
I would, however, like to add chapter points every 5 minutes. The footage is not film, it is NTSC.
Doing some reasearch, I have found that I should make a text file named CellTimes.txt. If my m2v is 82001 frames, for example, to have chapter points every 5 minutes, my CellTimes.txt should look like this, right....
0
8991
17982
26973
35964
44955
53946
62937
71928
? This gives me a difference of 8991 frames between each chapter. I assume this is 5 minutes because 5minutes X 60seconds X 29.97frames is 8991.
Am I correct so far? Now, how do I get IFOEdit to use this CellTimes.txt to make chapters when I author the DVD?
Thanks for any help, folks. It is appreciated great.y
