Cropping with CCE basic

Appologies if this is already answered somewhere (I have tried a quick Search). Is it possible to do cropping / resizing with CCE basic? I can do this in TMPEG but I prefer CCE for speed and quaility - shame if you don't have this feature

You can't do anything you can with TMPGEnc. I use AVISynth to frameserve. It has a Crop() function, plus about 1,000 others that TMPGEnc doesn't. I've got that figured out. Now I just need a good way to do the audio as well.
