I wanted to convert AVI to VCD and got SVCD.
I looked in the VCD.ini and I saw the following lines:
...
UseMPEG1=1
UseMPEG2=0
...
bbMPEG VCD=0
...
bbMPEG SVCD=1
It seems that the vcd.ini build 3 release contains initialization for creating SVCD. Needless to say that in the "Misc." tab I clicked on "Avi" as the "Input file type" and VCD as the "Output type file.
Comparing the vcd.ini cuild 3 file to build 2 gives way too much differences.
Please advise.
