Hi.

I am getting a bit sick with applications wreaking havoc with my registry and codecs. There are hundreds of programs to monitor changes to the registry, from the 700K shareware to Symantec-style behemoths. Can anyone please recommend a good one, for someone who installs/uninstalls/reinstalls a lot?

It should provide the following features:

- monitor changes to the registry, obviously, by making snapshots before and after for instance, with a complete report in a text file, the ability to undo would be a plus.

- monitor changes made to the files during installation, I'd like to know what .ax and .dll files for instance were changed.

Can something throughly report and undo changes made by things like the Nimco Codec Pack for instance?

Thanks.
