home cinema philips lx3900sa with divx support

Hi,

on some internet shop pages (http://www.videoexpert.cz/dt/?c=22682) there is an offer of home cinema philips lx3900 sa, which also supports divx features.

Because it is a all in one solution, it is something very promising.
Does anybody know, which chipset is inside?

I have no idea...Philips seems to not want anyone to know. I have their DVP642 and I have heard that is an ESS based player, but have found no confirmation.
