There is an increasing incidence of testicular cancer among young men today, so health experts advise regular and frequent self examination. This can then lead to early diagnosis and rapid and easy cure. I have done this regularly and it has provided me with reassurance. However I no longer do it in the park or the restaurant.. but seriously, while waiting for that download, get out your testicles and examine for lumps.
