VHS Source - Field Order Question

A very quick question - if I have an AVI source file created from a VHS PAL Capture (Interlaced) what is the correct setting in CCE basic for the field order? I have read the posts on DV sources which suggest its a reverse order (ie setting 1) but nothing about analogue VHS tape sources

In most cases you have to encode as TFF. Turn Upper Field First off in CCE.
