Um....could we have a hint as to what you're doing, what software you're using, and what the problem is? Reread your original post, your question is extremely vague.

i did post the logfile, but nobody answered. So i thought i would delete most of it to make it easier to read.

:( sorry what did you mean with something about v1.77?
DVD2AVI?
If it is DVD2AVI, what result is wanted?
Ripping the DVD-Video complete? Guess you should turn to the GordianKnot forum.
If it is something depending on a sound issue you should describe your target a little closer.
Decoding/ripping audio?
...
something about v1.77?
i read through some topics and there was a discussion whether one could use 1.77 version or 1.76 with robot4rip or something like that, i never figured the right answer for it.
I installed gordian knot by the book, but that error is bugging the hell out of me! i don`t know much more what cause this error message.
What i want is:
i have the orginal matrix revolution movie, but is to large for my laptop (it take up to much space), so i figured if i changed the format to Xvid it would help me a lot.
there seems to be a problem for robot4rip to launch dvd2avi some how, i don`t know. That`s way i ask. Thanks for reply

Hi Word,
there are other (working) solutions to do this job! F.e. NeroRecode, DVDx, XMPEG, even VirtualDubMod (ripping must be done with a other app) can do this job, so why are that fixed on robotrip
You will find some good guides and advices in the MPEG4 & Co. (http://forum.doom9.org/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=&forumid=17) section - the audio encoding part of doom9 is propably the wrong place
Thanks a lot, i`ll give those a shot:)
