Multiple Chapters and DVD2one

I've been ripping for a few months now and one problem, how do you do "movie only" mode using DVD2one when the movie has multiple chapters? When prompted to select the movie I get to the other screen where I'm suppose to check the box next to the movie file, but there's more than one of those files. Under join mode, I can only select two sources to join. Am I ripping correctly?

I've never used DVD2One, and after looking at the guide for several minutes, I'm afraid my advice might confuse you even more. :)

You check the box that equals tha main movie, usually the one with the most chapters. The others are extras.

Join mode has nothing to do with backing up a single disc or single sided movie so ignore that.
