mp4 menu tut

hi bond, i'm george i'm 20 years old and i am from greece.
i started encoding movies 2 years ago, divx... Xvid.
i read that in matroska you can create dvd menu, did you write any tutorial about it?
If you did, please send me one because i want to learn how create movies with menu in mp4.

hum, you posted this in the mp4 faq thread where it doesnt belong, you didnt even read the faq altough you posted there (there you would have found the link to the tutorial) and you didnt use search

note that these are totally different containers, currently you can only place a menu in .mp4 but not in matroska (tough the matroska guys are working on the menu specs already)
