VBR -> CBR in AVI

Is there anyway to quickly convert VBR audio within an AVI to CBR? Thanks!

no. you have to demux the audio, decode it and reencode as cbr which will cost a fair quality loss, plus possible sync problems.

Thats what happend with a recent project of mine - out of sync audio. What is the best tool to use to demux the audio and then re-combine the audio with the AVI?

AVI-Mux GUI can do that without demuxing: It reads mp3-in-avi exactly like an external mp3 file (ignoring all header stuff of the avi file)
