Free Beeps! (http://www.partnersinrhyme.com/main/sfxlib/beep.shtml), amazingly, I found this using those two words as search keywords in a Google. The beep you seek may not be in this archive, but it's a place to start. :)

For some interesting reading on various methods of deleting, or blocking inappropriate content, run a Doom9 search on "profanity", this will return several threads and provide you with some nice insights on the topic.

On the forum's homepage, the April 10th news has an interesting article on DVD players that are capable of editing content "on the fly". Supposably, these units will soon be available in the States through Wal-Mart and K-Mart; as far as world-wide distribution goes, I have no idea.

Did none of the sound files on that site fulfil your needs?

funny...see i would listen to each of theme one at a time, but everytime i listen to a third one, my computer would freeze, so i guess i never had a chance to finish the list, this happened like 3 times before i gave up, even though when i reboot it only takes like 20 secs, im a lazy guy

I don't think it's copyrighted...but then again j/k :D

But if you could edit your post by putting a space before the "," at the end of the address it would make the hyperlink work.

IIRC, that is the same sound which accompanies the famous color bars (http://www.greatdv.com/video/Ntscbars.gif) test pattern in the U.S. ;)
