Change AR

I have a DVD backup of a movie that is in 4:3 ratio, but I accidentily set the anamorphic flag. Is there any easy way to change this without reencoding the whole thing? Can this be changed in the VOB files or would I have to remux?

PS I did a quick search and didnt find anything useful

You can use ReStream (http://www.sysh.net/restream.html) to change AR. However, it only accepts .m2v files, so you'll have to demux the video first.
