Hello all, back from the dead (so to speak) - or rather college...

I KNOW this must have been answered before but I have searched some and cant seem to find the answer. I am sure that I will get shouted at but in your shouting, if you could return a link to the answer...

... The question: Hello, I love FFdshow and XVID, my two favorite things... For a while, XVID decoding has been acting up on FFdshow. I had a problem a while ago where the colour would turn all funny like, I hit the QPel bug fix and that sorted itself out. I never have that problem anymore, now, there is an intermittent fault. The colour of a video will go out of whack! There will also be a small resized version of the video in the upper left corner of the screen with trails that run from it along the vertical and the horizontal. I would LOVE to take a screenshot to prove this to the unfaithful of you... but I cant seem to get the error at the moment. As I said, it is intermittent. When it next pops up, I will post a shot, or if the anwer comes out, that will not be needed.

yours

Oh... I am SOO sorry, that was appauling bug-reporting of me!

Any XVID build for encoding, it happens all over the place. With RC4 and back to ... well, 2002 builds. FFdshow is latest (i think) "ffdshow-20040409"... It has occured for at least a year, I stay uptodate with builds so...
