I've found several threads about ripping multi-episode DVD's, but most of these are just questions about batch encoding.
My problem is that I'm trying to rip Family Guy, and DVD2SVCD doesn't work right when I select a title (Movie Length) on the Conversion tab.
Each disc has 7 episodes. The episodes are separate titles, but they are all contained in VTS_03. When I try to select a single episode, DVD2SVCD encodes the whole disc and screws up the audio.
I tried pulling them apart in IFOEdit but couldn't. The "Keep Title" part under VOB Extras is always shaded out.
The only way I've found to encode the episodes is to do a 100% quality rip of each title separately in InstantCopy 7.1.1, then use pdixtract get the stripped VOB back out, then give that to DVD2SVCD. It works, but it's quit a pain in the ass to add all those steps.
