Chapter names of Series in English [Buffy, Xena, 24, Alias]

I wonder if somebody could give me the chapternames or even better the files.
Because I want to backup my DVDs mainly Series but I have the DVD boxes in german so the chapternames are mostefully lame translated and since I watch them only in english I want my chapternames in english too.

So here are the Series I'm intereseted in:
Buffy, Xena, 24, Alias

If someone could provide me with such names or give me a link I would be very greatful :)

for exaple for Buffy season 1
