Divx+Subtitle on DVD

Hi

I have a Divx Movie in english and a subtitle file (stt) in spanish. Oviously I want to create, on the fly if it's possible, a DVD with this subtitle file in the movie.
Is there any easy way to do it?, Which software should I use?

If you can get the subs in ssa (substation alpha format), e.g. using Subtitle Workshop, then you can use MaestroSBT on the ssa to create Maestro/Scenarist bitmaps with son/sst.

As to audio/video, well there should be guides for that...
