what do i use to convert an .mp3 to an mp2?

got a .mp3 I have ready to multiplex with a m2v. thing is i want to make a dvd so I cant use mp3.....what program can i use to convert my.mp3 into a .mp2 then i can just multiplex the mp2 with the m2v?

I would use CDex. I find it easier than with BeSweet. But it's your choice what you prefer...
