CDSPEED NEW VER JUST CAME OUT - 4-11
= why? = i use cdspeed after i burn a dvd => click at top => extra -> scandisc -> surface scan <=> this shows if your krap media has ERRORS = BAD SPOTS = UNREADABLE ,
you cheapskate, why oh why did you buy this cheap media,
>> it is best to run cdspeed scandisc on the dvd burner you used to burn the darn thing,,

YOUR SECOND TOOL in testing the QUALITY of your dvd burns is kprobe
2. => Kprobe = http://upload.cdfreaks.com/Kprobe/

KPROBE IS MUCH FASTER THAN using CDSPEED

you have NO choice, you must buy a liteon dvd drive for 30 bucks from newegg.com , get free shipping, KPROBE ONLY WORKS WITH LITEON DRIVES, this nifty proggie TELLS YOU IF YOU HAVE A BAD BURN , WITH A GRAPH OUTPUT, THE DIFF BETWEEN KRAP MEDIA and GOOD MEDIA IS AMAZING, makes ya want 2 microwave all yer krap meda and swear that you will only get quality media from now on !!!!

here is a bunch of media tested with kprobe =>

AND NEW VER NERO INFOTOOL --
GET IT AT WWW.CDSPEED2000.COM
----------------------------
my pioneer 105 with firmware 1.33 burns krap media fine,
my BTC 1008 burns KRAP DVD MEDIA fine ONLY AFTER UPDATING THE FIRMWARE
update your btc firmware here is the link => GET VER 657 = NEWEST VER = GET VER 657 = with this you can burn krap media easier

--------------------------------------------------
since i got stuck with a krap load of cheap media,
i very reluctantly became an expert on burning krap media,
here are the tools you need =>

1. => cdspeed = do a surface scan to see if it is readable,
get it here => www.cdspeed2000.com

I moved you to the DVD burning subforum since the thread is not 1-click related.
