im trying to turn a 2cd film encoding in divx format with mp3 sound, into a dvd with wav or ac3 sound.
1st cd is fine its ntsc format 23.976fps i think default ntsc rate
its the 2nd cd causing all the problems.
It has the same frame rate as the first but the sound is playing at 24.019fps but its in sync with the films frame rate.
i need to get the sound into 25fps but if i convert it to pal using beSweet, it converts too 25.045fps it's in sync but i need it at 25.000fps otherwise i cant use it to make a dvd
