change vobid with a dummy file

I want to change vobid 34 with a dummy file
does someone know how?

You can use MenuEdit (even the free version). Follow the instructions in this page (http://menuedit.dimad.net/ht_me_replace_cell.html).
Use a VOB created with BlankVob to replace the cell.
I think you can do it with DVDRemake too, but I don't know this program, so I'm not sure about that.

Does this mean that you want to replace content of the vob (i.e. all cells in this vob) with other cells? If so both progs MenuEdit/DvdReMake can be used. DvdReMake is way easier though.

If it means that you want to set vob id to 34 in a dummy file, then you need MenuEdit. DvdReMake does not "bother" users with such details :)
