I read the news about the new project doom9 pointed out about an academic aac encoder. I couldn't find any downloadable files for either the aac encoder or the high quality lame based encoder. Anyone find any of these? Also, are they good. They seem to be promising aac like quality in mp3 format which sounds very euphoric to my ears... :)
