IC 8 and Missing VIDEO_TS.VOB

I used DVD Decrypter 3.2.1.0 followed by IC 8.0.5 full backup and it created 5 .PDI files. All the files were there, including VIDEO_TS.VOB. I used ISO Buster to convert the .PDI files into a VIDEO_TS directory. Nero gave a Reallocation Failed Error when I tried to burn. The file VIDEO_TS.VOB was missing, says Nero. Yes, there is no VIDEO_TS.VOB file within the PDI creation. Any explanation of this?

Explanation:

The source VIDEO_TS.VOB file is in the DVD Decrypter directory. Its IC 8.0.5 that was unable to create one after transcoding.

Are you sure nero doesnt say instead that the VIDEO_TS.VOB is there but not REFERENCED.. hence it shouldnt be there.

NO. It is not there, and Nero wants it. Says its missing. I can play the video using Power DVD. Haven't tried burning a DVD and using in a stand alone player. I did a couple different DVDs and both were full backups but did not generate a VIDEO_TS.VOB file. I tried Clone DVD 2 and that did generate this file. I am using IC 8.0 with the 8.0.0 to 8.0.5 update applied. When I do an About in IC, it does not say 8.0.5, it gives the following rev number:

INSTANT COPY 8.0.0.270 11/10/2003

I assume this updated to the latest rev.
