Hi, I have a mpeg video that has a frame of 672x288 at 25fps
Using tmpge I set it with the wizard to NTSC 352x240 to 29,97fps
after 30 minutes of conversion the final result is still a mpeg file of 672x288 at 25fps.
what am I doing wrong?
