mpg (mpeg) to mp2 and separate .wav conversion

I need to convert my muxed .mpg (mpeg2) file to a separated .mp2 and .wav or .ac3 file. Which software should I use? (preferably found on doom's site.)

For audio use Virtualdubmod. You can either demux the ac3 or save wav. For the m2v use tmpgenc to demux the video. Files-->tools

you can use ether vdubmod OR tmpgenc. I would use v as it is designed for such stuff.
